Boards at St. Andrew

Board of Directors
The Board of Directors consists of the Chairman, Larry Cleair, two Vice Chairmen, Robert Erlbacher and Don Vogel, and the various Directors of the Administrative Boards.  The pastors are advisory members of the Board.  The Board is responsible for the management of all the external and internal affairs of the congregation, setting an annual budget, doing long-range planning, and serving as a liaison between the pastors, officers of the congregation, and various Administrative Boards.

Board of Elders - Dale Rauh
The Board of Elders works to ensure the spiritual welfare of the staff and the congregation, individually and corporately, and exercises supervision of everything pertaining to the congregational worship.

Assimilation Board - Amanda Kirn
The Assimilation Board works with people who wish to become members.  It assists with and hosts the FaithWalk Classes, Getting to Know You Coffees, and New Member Dinners.  The Board follows up with new members to help them become active in the church and acquainted with other members of the congregation.

Education Board - Gwen Bennett
The Education Board determines policies and plans, administers, directs, and supervises the entire educational program of the congregation.

Fellowship Board - Bill Beggs
The Fellowship Board works to strengthen the fellowship between members of the congregation, both spiritually and socially.

Finance Board - Scott Blank
The Finance Board supervises and administers all financial aspects of the congregation.

Outreach Board - Harold Hale
The Outreach Board works to reach out to the community and bring the Gospel to the unchurched, enlist all of God's people in the work of spreading the gospel, and present a positive image of the congregation in the community.  The Board also does a Bread Ministry, which calls on first time visitors with a loaf of homemade bread.

Properties Board - Jerry Brueckner
The Properties Board oversees the proper maintenance and repair of the church and its properties.  It represents the congregation in all legal matters, and in general, protects the congregation against loss or damage of any nature.

Social Ministry Board - Jim Outman
The Social Ministry Board extends a helping hand in Christ's name to the social needs of individuals, both within and without the congregation.  Assistance is given in crisis situations through the monthly "Good Samaritan Fund" collection.  Support is given to many projects including Lutheran World Relief, Chapel of Hope, Meals on Wheels, Fish, Love, INC, Food for the Poor, and many others.

Youth Ministry Board - Mike Tenholder
The Youth Ministry Board involves the young people of the congregation in the work of Christ, provides for their spiritual growth, and nurtures and promotes genuine Christian Fellowship for them.
