Who Leads St. Andrew? Rev. Paul J. Short, Senior Pastor pjshort@standrewcape.org   Pastor Short was born in Katy, Texas. Following a four-year tour in the U. S. Air Force, he attended Concordia College in Austin, Texas, where he met and became engaged to his wife, Jeanne.   He graduated from the University of Houston in 1970, after which he and Jeanne were married.    He entered the Ministry in 1974, following his graduation from Concordia Theological Seminary.   He has served parishes in Ft. Worth and Houston, Texas.   He was the founding pastor of the Crown of Life Lutheran Church in San Antonio.   He served parishes in Bowling Green, Kentucky; Decatur, Illinois; and Langley, British Columbia.   He has served St. Andrew as Senior Pastor since September 1996.   He and Jeanne are parents of three sons: Justin (is married and he and his wife, Anne, have one son, Ethan); Kevin (is married and his wife's name is Lisa); and Nathan.
